Our new associate Rachel Crafts

 

Rachel Crafts, Fellow CIPD, is a senior reward consultant, with considerable experience across different industry sectors. She has run the Reward, Performance & Recognition Practice of an HR Consultancy and been a senior internal HR projects consultant with a FTSE 100 insurance company. The list of projects Rachel has led is extensive and runs across all facets of Reward. This includes:

  • development of new compensation & benefits strategies;

  • development & implementation of new pay and grading structures;

  • creation of new benefits systems, including flexible benefits;

  • market pay reviews and recommendation of competitive salary packages.

She is an acknowledged expert on job evaluation and equal pay issues and is a member of the ACAS Panel of Independent Experts providing advice to Employment Tribunals.

Rachel has also written extensively on a wide range of HR and Reward issues as a writer with Incomes Data Services.

Conference: Tackling the Eligibility Crisis in Adult Services - Working towards the transformation of social care

Tuesday 24 June 2008; Central London

Adults who are vulnerable and who need extra support to live independently are losing vital care due to tightening eligibility criteria. The Voluntary Organisations Disability Group (VODG) and Community Care magazine have joined forces to host this conference. Speakers include Ivan Lewis, Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Care Services, Bryan Dutton, VODG Chair and David Walden of CSCI. The conference will be held during CSCI's review of eligibility criteria
