Hoyte, Director
|

Gary Hoyte founded ghc in 1999. His expertise lies
in reviewing and designing human resources services
including the creation and management of HR teams.
He is a motivating and good-humoured leader who
effectively supports teams through change.
Gary facilitates the improved provision of HR functions
such as personnel; training; pay and benefits; IT
systems and health and safety services. To read

He is a chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute
of Personnel and Development and a Fellow of the
Royal Society of Arts. He was a board member
of Advance Housing and Support Ltd, a charitable
organisation providing housing, support and other
community-based services to meet the needs of people
who have either a learning disability or a mental
health problem.
Before launching ghc, Gary held director level posts
in the voluntary sector and the National Health
Service.

| Rachel Crafts, Reward Consultant |

Rachel Crafts, Fellow CIPD, is a senior reward consultant, with considerable experience across different industry sectors. She has run the Reward, Performance & Recognition Practice of an HR Consultancy and been a senior internal HR projects consultant with a FTSE 100 insurance company. The list of projects Rachel has led is extensive and runs across all facets of Reward. This includes:

Development of new compensation & benefits strategies;

Development & implementation of new pay and grading structures;

Creation of new benefits systems, including flexible benefits;

Market pay reviews and recommendation of competitive salary packages.
She is an acknowledged expert on job evaluation and equal pay issues and is a member of the ACAS Panel of Independent Experts providing advice to Employment Tribunals.
Rachel has also written extensively with Incomes Data Services on a wide range of HR and Reward issues.

| Jacky
Beesley, Human Resources Consultant,

|
Jacky
has an extensive HR/OD background in the retail
sector gained in blue chip and private equity
financed companies. During this time she has contributed
as a senior HR business partner/consultant to
deliver effective organisational change and development
initiatives. These include culture change programmes,
the introduction of collaborative working across
all business functions and supporting ongoing
business growth and development through its many
TUPE acquisition and integration phases.
Jacky
has introduced competency based performance management
frameworks; leadership development programmes
and delivered management development training,
equivalent to the MCI Level 4, aimed particularly
at graduates or managers on their first appointment.
With a full generalist HR background, she regularly
reviews employment policies and procedures to
ensure alignment to the needs of the organisation
and their Business Plans.
In
1988, Jacky achieved her Masters Degree in Strategic
HR Management & Development plus an elective in
Change Management. She is a Chartered Fellow of
the CIPD.

Mary
is an occupational therapist with over 25 years
experience in the NHS in England and in Scotland.
She has worked for much of this time in mental
health services as a practitioner, a manager of
an extensive range of professional groups and
as a commissioner.
She
has worked independently for over six years. Her
portfolio includes an interim Directors
post in a PCT, service reviews and development
in mental health and rehabilitation services and
work focused on the integration of NHS and SSD
services. Mary is a member of the Department of
Health Joint Unit Expert Group of the Change Agent
team and has done extensive work on hospital discharge
for them. She has facilitated workshops for a
range of organisations.

Joy's passion is in enabling leaders to excel at work, helping them make major breakthroughs in achieving change and the powerful resolution of issues. She uses her extensive coaching skills, understanding of business dynamics and psychological depth to help senior people extend their capability, unleashing personal and organisational success.
With an extensive blue-chip business background, Joy's continuing success as a Coach spans 15 years in many contexts. Having gained a Masters degree in Counselling, Joy is also a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and an NLP Master practitioner and has recently conducted research into 'Conflict at work'.

Gaunt, Associate Director

Craig Gaunt is a management accountant with 18
years experience. He held senior management roles
with KPMG and Andersen Consulting before launching
his own company - Kensington Business Advisors
- in 1994. He spent five years as a director with
PA Consultancy Group where he led major projects
across the public and private sectors.
Craig qualified with the Chartered Institute of
Public Finance and Accounting in 1976 and has
a BA and an MBA. He is a former lecturer with
the Open University Business School.
Craig has worked in the UK, the Middle East, Europe
and North America.

Luteijn, Human Resources and Training Consultant

Melanie
Luteijn is a chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute
of Personnel and Development and a graduate of Nottingham
Trent University.
Melanie has worked as a personnel director and training
manager in the financial services sector. She has
been a freelance consultant since 1998 and has undertaken
HR and training assignments for small and medium
sized organisations in the private and public sectors
in the UK and the Netherlands.

Lane,
Health
and Safety Management Consultant

Rob Lane is a full member of the Institute of
Occupational Safety and Health and the International
Institute of Risk and Safety Management and has
been involved in health and safety for 20 years.
He provides our health and safety management advisory
service and related training programmes. Rob is
able to draw on his own network of other specialised
